Okay this is a massive project. This is a complete renovation of a house built in 1938. Original foot print was less than 900 sq.ft. taken to 1268 in the 60's and we have taken it to a hair under 3000 sq. ft. at the same time restoring the original structure and building around it based off a set of plans developed by an Architect that specializes in period restoration and additions to period houses.
