This is prefinished oak tongue and groove flooring stained to match our original American Cherry flooring throughout the rest of the house. Sounds fancy, but it's not. At $3.49 a sq. ft. at Lumber Liquidators it wasn't that expensive. Be warned, though, flooring at LL is often discontinued overstock so be sure you order enough or you may be S.O.L.!
